James Martin's just blogged on jamesmartinchef.co.uk to say that Saturday Kitchen has just got it's highest viewing figures ever. I wonder if that was due to people tuning to see if the chef showed contrition about his recent misjudged comments in the Mail on Sunday. Or even to see if the set was invaded by angry cyclists.
Either way the show's been commissioned for another two years.
